Gerry's Bar.

A good crowd here outside Gerry's Bar. This is one of Omelette's photo's kindly sent through by Carol.
The photo below is from Gill now working in the Barratina. Showing Beth who looked after Simon (Julie & Gerry's son) and Chris & Gill's daughter Nicola during the summer of 1984. This is also taken outside Gerry's.

Names for the womens team are ... (if I wrote it all down correctly)

Back row...4th from left is, Janice, next to her is Marion. 3rd from the right is Kath (who has just gone back home to Sheffield after a few days break in Lloret)

Middle row from the left...Julie, Linda and with the glasses is Maisie. Then Polly, Bob, Ann and then Janice.

Front row...Jackie with the hat.

The photo below is an old postcard scene of Santa Cristina beach sent by John Round, possibly from the late 70s.

La Uva.

Another one here sent by David Sinclair, as he describes it - "A typical workers get together from the 84' season"
One of the many bodegas in town La Uva, was run by Lynne at the very back. When she gave it up Soapy and his partner Debbie took it over. After a while Soapy took ill and returned back to the UK.
Since then the building has now been turned into a garage by Lois the owner (Yes, he is still in the land of the living!) but doesn't get about much these days!
