The group photo on the beach was 1976. Front row Pam ? Jonno & Jez (The Banana men from Derby) Elaine from Yarm. Middle left don't remember but could be Brian. Me, Scunthorpe Dave with glasses to cover black eye. Paul. Can't remember back row.

He has given the following details below of when he was in Lloret and where he worked.....

We spent two seasons in Lloret 1976-1977 (fantastic times) The early photo shows me Phil with the blonde hair Kev who among other jobs worked at The Moby Dick. Lois of course and Paul my brother. 

The second photo was taken in 2003 when Kev & myself managed to track Lois down and had a tearful reunion. ( Think Lois aged better than Kev & myself !

Paul & myself spent most days on the beach outside West Coast and OK Coral (stayed above the Coral in 1976 and Paris square 1977) If these photos get to you alright I will dig out somemore.

 Found your website today when I was messing about on the internet - it brought
back so many great memories of holidays I had there in 1974,1976 &
1977.
Thought I would send a couple of pics of a couple of the many nights we had in
the West Coast in 1976.
Pic 1 shows me and my mate Roger (the two guys above the guy on the
bottom left) at approximately 2 in the morning with a bunch of people
we had somehow got to meet over several hours - we had just popped into
the West Coast at about 1pm 13 hours earlier for a quick drink on the
way back from the beach - that was what the West Coast was like back
then!
Pic 2 - a romantic evening the next night shared with a couple of
the barmen from the West Coast! Any idea who they are?
Great nights and great memories.

A Few from Fin

 Today's photos come from Fin, featuring the West Coast which was next door to what is now Andy and Jackie's place 'Route 66' - when I called in there the other day it was nice to meet up with Maria who's Mum Anne Marie actually worked in the West Coast...does anyone remember her?

We go back to somewhere around about the mid 70s with a couple of pics from Eddie today.
The bottom one shows Eddie in the centre of the picture and the top one was taken outside the White Horse...
Sadly the White Horse has now closed just before Christmas after Haken & Cathrine who have run the bar for the last 6-7 yrs or so have decided to move further down the coast of Spain to try their luck with another bar.

....I was working in Lloret about eight years in Foto Cine LLoses,the first three years (1970,71,72) taken pictures in the most popular pubs and discotheques of LLoret,Captains Arms,Corner Inn,PP,s disco,White Horse,West Coast,Jamaica Tavern,Moef ga-ga,Western Saloon,Londoner,Istambul disco,Topo'T'Top,and sometimes Revolution, Maxim's, Saint Trop,Moby Dick,El Toril,Maritim, etc.doing this job, I had the oportunity of to meet a lot of people of many countrys and a lot of workers from England and Scotland, from your blog, I want to send greetings to all and specially to the friends, girls and boys, who was working wiht me in Foto LLoses, and the best wishes to everybody. 1978 / 1979

Thanks again to John Stanley for taking the time to send more photos for the blog today. These 2 are from the the first few he sent last week.
The top one is from 1978 in the West Coast. In the photo is John, with Cathy and Terry the manager.
The 2nd one is Laurel & Hardy's 1979, in the photo is Jeff and Sax now working (or should that read...causing havoc!) in Robroy's.
