Todays Photos....

Todays photos were sent by David Sinclair, Omelet and Debbie. David is in the centre of the first picture (which I believe this was taken in Sweeneys?)
Omelet is in the centre of the middle picture.

The last one, going far back in time to the days none of us are old enough to remember, possibly to the early 50s, Thanks to Debbie for sending this one.

Top pic was indeed Sweeny's all the lads where Scottish,and the gals English.Top starting from left as you look: Percy from Greenock worker in the Village Inn,Bev (Geordie lass),Peter from Greenock worker in Village Inn,Rachael from Kent worker in Village Inn then Sweeny's.Bottom row from left:Hughie Fox from Alloa worked in Village then Sweeny's,Davie Uno from Glasgow (5 star) then worker in sweeny's,Richard from Edinburgh Sweeny's worker.

middle photo i'm sure is in la uva 73/74. guy at top left looks like harry duval(moby dick 74/75). bottom left is i think a young graham robinson? still out there somewhere i believe. bottom right is definiteley "moosy" (cockney/turk).great bloke worked on door of top't'top then flamingo disco. as for bottom photo thats me third from left helping out after leaving the pirate bar 6 a.m. !!!! jordi

Thanks for the names Jordi ..... I wondered if the top one was La Uva, the barrels in the background look familiar!
Don't think I believe you about the beach pic though !! Ha Ha

In the picture of the fisherman is that Alan Hagger walking towards the sea in light coat . I wonder .
