Come to think of it, its time we had some rain in Lloret. This month the temperatures have dropped by just one or two degrees at last, but still no rain for the last 3 months or so!
The last two photos from 1989 feature some of the old Lloret favorites, with Jean in La Uva is Denis from the White Horse, and Bob sadly missed.. but what a character!
Next, Jean is with Tommy, the bar I think is Tommy's bar the Navy.

Sorry about your tan :) but I'm with Jackie on this one...people living in the town probably aren't aware, but on the urbanizations (Lloret Residencial and Aguaviva) hundreds of households have had their water cut off every day at 4pm and not been reconnected until the following day.
Must be a nightmare with the temperatures we have had (also a few degrees hotter than in the town)especially for the people who have kids.
Hi Carol, looking forward to seeing you both. I'm not exactly wishing for rain,(although its badly needed now) the temperatures have dropped slightly this month, but still hot in the sun. It does feel much cooler at night, even Stan said he had to shut the windows in Buzzbys last night !!!
Hi Jackie,we dont mind if it rains for you over the next week it sounds much needed, as long as its nice for us(it's allowed to rain again when we leave)Albie says hi to you n Steve he'll have an heinekan with him. Im still trying to get him up to speed with using the computor himself,but he lacks patience,says its quicker if I do it for him.(Truth is it's an ageing thing, bless him)C U Soon lol us x
