| Reunion 1997 Another Lloret de Mar workers reunion is planned for next September. On Saturday the Piccadilly or Pedro's has been mentioned for the next get together.... but its still early days so it will be decided later. I'm sure that everyone who was here last May will agree that it was a great success....and judging by messages and emails that I've recently received then this years should be the same! More and more people are finding the Old Stuff site these days, so hopefully the new comers will be able to join in this year! So, who's got booked so far?? |

Hi jackie, just found your website and will send some 70s photos later, I lived at the top end of lloret with Jimmy (sparrow moby dick) Chris. (Londoner) Ivor (duke of York) an amazing experience!!!. Does anyone know what happened to any of them also Barry Clifford he ran (Discotour and the discount book all the reps sold) he was a real character.

Me and my husband Steve, first came to Lloret on holiday in 1974 and stayed in the San Marti Park near the cinema off Calle San Pedro, you might have even been our rep if you were here then!
Hi again Jackie, I worked in the San Marti 11 that was up the hill opposite the petrol station and behind the Revolution Disco, the following year I was promoted to the Taurus Park Hotel in callella where I became a Bullfighter in the baby bullring every Thursday, had to be escorted from the ring at the end to avoid being lynched by all the people we got to go in the ring thinking they would be fighting bulls the size of Alsations !!! I was so good at it Thomsons sent me to Greece for the following 10 years.?l
