Does anyone remember Brian?
Brian recently got in touch after just finding the 'Old Stuff' he worked in Lloret for just one season in 1980 at Topo 't' Tops, a few words from Brian -

Remember Brian well, we were mates for the time he was in Lloret..I seem to recall a story he told me that his mum sent him a letter from E ngland with just the number of where he was staying and then Lloret.(IE 12,Lloret)and the postman actualy delivered it to him!...Nice bloke, good to see him on the blog.
In the very top picture is my uncle Roy Jennings (he is the guy behind the lady in black with his hands on her shoulders). I can't quite believe I've found a picture of him on the net today considering he died in 86'. Can anyone remember him and tell me about him please!! I wasn't even 2 years old when he died and I'm keen to find out more about his life in Lloret.
Please help me out.

Ross, if you take a look at a previous post posted by me of Topo's ..its labelled "More from Malc" on Thursday Oct 13th 2011, there is another picture of your uncle on the far left. I was prop manager of The Amsterdam at the time but most of the rival prop teams were good mates with each other, I did know your uncle but sadly only on nodding terms, sorry for your loss though.

Thanks alot for letting me know, it's good to hear something back.
However, I can't make out which one is Roy in your photo.? Is it the top picture? You say the far left but on my screen that particular photo is cut off on the left leaving the people half cut through, is that correct? It looks like half the pic is missing.?

Unfortunately you are right, whoever took the photo has chopped it a bit. Bottom row first left is Roy ( or half of him!) next to me.
Malc, Thanks for trying but I think you've got the wrong man. My uncle Roy in Brian's photo above is the 3rd guy in from the left behind & slightly to the right of the lady in black. The man in your photo looks more like the 2nd guy in from the left behind the lady in purple.???
If you are looking at the first photo, then the person you are looking at is Omelet (Micky ) who also unfortunately passed away recently.
Oh..!?? Sorry Malc.
Me and my family, even my Dad who was Roy's brother were sure it's him.?
Are there any other photos of Micky Omelet?

If you want to find more photos of Omelet, you can do a search of the blog by typing in his name and that will bring up all the post in which he has been mentioned.
You'll find the search box in the left hand column just below the first of the small black & white photos, above all the featured bars names. Hope this helps you. Or you could even try typing in your uncles Roy's name, if he has been mentioned anywhere on the blog it will find his name!
