Sorry to say the picture where you wrote 'Justin doing his hilarious act!' was not Justin. I'm ashamed to say it was me, I worked in Colins Cottage on and off '89-'91ish and that particular night I was set up by Justin, Colin and Karen (Molly and Daves daughter)to do Justins act (obviously we all the words and his act by heart), I was told he was sick and I only had to do one song to keep the punters happy. As I came out Justin was sat there with the biggest grin on his face, hasten to say I ended up doing nearly all his act and have never forgetten my one night as a drag queen. Great memories. I was known as little colin.
Hi- myself and my mate were there 1988 (I think!!) we tried Lloret to see if we could pull any girls. We failed- but enjoyed the place very much. Our hotel was shockingly over-run by tourists (that we very much love but like to put towels on all the sun beds!)! So we came to Colin’s Cottage every morning for brekkie and watched films on the tv like Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. All washed down with plenty of beer….we thoroughly got into the banter and I bought a Colin’s Cottage t-shirt. Happy days ๐
