Bad Comments
Just for the time being I am moderating any comments which are posted on the blog as we have some idiot who seems to enjoy trying to spoil other peoples pleasure. You can still add comments but they wont show until they have been approved. The comments which have been put on the blog tonight were not very nice and were aimed at one person in particular and as some of readers children and probably grand children sometimes look at the blog then the language used was totally out of order....the IP address which they came from is 86.128.110.143 and I also know the town. Sorry to all the decent people out there for the inconvenience!

Jackie so sad people are like this .. and I believe no grudges should be hold as time has moved on .. This is a fantastic site and brings back happy memories .. Nasty comments are not needed

Well done Jackie, If you trace them then name & shame them, it has a habit of shutting them up especially as we would probably know the person concerned.I am identifying as anonymous purely because I do not know how the other options work ! at least my P.C wont let me.

The only to way to block them Joe is by making it a closed site with members only....not ideal really. I can monitor the comments no problem as they all come to me as an email as well as going on the site, as it is now all I have to do is to click on 'publish' or 'trash' where as before any comments were published automatically. I'll leave it as it is now for the time being and see how it goes, and if we have any more problems later we should be able to report them...as we all now know their IP address!

Is it possible to take off the anon identity so that everyone has to put their name on?

Thanks to everyone....He does seem to be behaving him self just lately, but I am keeping my eye on him! He won't spoil the site at all, it's only a bit of fun but some people have a warped sense of humour!
