Michelle's Album
Thanks to Michelle for these photos she recently sent in for the blog, I wonder how she is coping in Valencia with this hot spell we are now having in Spain. Temperatures in Lloret have been higher than ever just lately. It was 31º down in Lloret at 10am yesterday morning, I then heard that a couple of hours later it was 37º in Fenals and in Tordera it was 42º ... with no sign of it cooling down yet!

Photos from 1984 & 89
Here we have more photos from Tony, the top one is from the year 1989.
The last two were both taken in the same year 1984, with the one below taken outside the Texas Saloon.
The last photo was to celebrate Davey McGuigans birthday and I believe was taken at Ramons??
I met Davey who was in Lloret along with his old friend Steve...they caught up with each other through the Old Stuff site after loosing contact years ago, which was good news!
I have now received quite a few more photos after my 'begging letter' the other day, thanks to all who sent more in. I'll get round to using them shortly but I still do have a few of your older ones yet to publish.

Photos From Tony & Steve.
The top two photos were brought over by Tony when he came on a quick visit to Lloret a few weeks ago. Tony's 1st one as you can see from the T shirts is Rockerfellers and info he gave for the 2nd one is - Aussie Steve, two Pauls from Bradford taken in Yates 1985.
The last of todays photos was sent in by Steve and is from 1977. Here is what Steve said in his email...
"I worked in Lloret '75 and 76, Yates, Less Brasses (now a Japanese restaurant) Paddy's bar, Bier Keller and The Yellow Submarine (that's where the photo was taken) My sister, Caroline, also worked there at the same time, printing T shirts for Ted (Moby Dick). My parents now live there and we are often over for short breaks, often meeting in the Barratina's and having a chin wag with Fiona"
