Two More From Linda.

Linda gave some details of the people in the photos she sent, but I'm putting them on the site in a different order to how she sent them, so I hope I'm right in saying that these 2 are from La Cala in 1980. Please correct me if I'm wrong!

Today we have another 2 of Tony Batey's photos, both of them feature Walter. Am I right in saying he was a genuine red indian ?

The year Tony gave for both is 1975, and the 2nd was taken in Las Cuevas.

This 1st one is in Yates.

Linda gives the names as follows....Pat, Norrie, Linda and I think the one on the right is another Murphy brother not sure who the other guy is.

Notes I have for these 2 are: it was Kevin's birthday celebration in the Mont Blanc.
I think I'm right in saying Jeans late husband Les is on the left in the blue T-shirt in the bottom photo?

The top photo from Tony is from Las Cuevas, taken in 1975 with Tony Are Gisella and Ginko.
Las Cuevas has been closed for many years, but the building and name are still there!

Tony's next photo from Rabbies in 1971 features Pat & Daz, who chained the mad Scotsman to the wall ?

Just a quick post ....
As you know, I've recently been looking for some information on the 'old' Costa Encantada Hotel where Tony in Australia used to stay with his family back in the 50s and early 60s. I did manage to get a little more news for him today, along with a copy of this old brochure which may be of interest to everyone else... click on the pics to enlarge and look at the prices!
I'll give more details later of where I found this and what I found out for him so far.
