Here today is another photo from Alan Tolland, showing June with one of their sons...not sure which one.
Also in the photo is Sue with her daughter Emma, Sue is still living here in Lloret in the Fenals area, Emma now lives back in London.

Photos from Boxer Boy

Two photos today sent in by Paul (Boxer Boy), his first one was taken in the White Horse, Paul is 2nd from the left. The White Horse was always a good place to spend the hot afternoons out of the sun, you could always watch one of the latest films...with Japanese subtitles of course !

Sooty's Photos

These are the last of Sooty's photos which Diane kindly sent through on her behalf. The first one showing Roger and John. John has now retired but Roger can still be found slaving away with the scissors!
The next photo, Diane is pictured alongside Chandrah (don't know how to spell his name?) the last I heard he had gone back to Mauritius.

Linda's Photo's

Linda has sent 2 more of her photos for the blog, she says that the 1st one is from the White Horse, and the 2nd from the Buccaneer. Both taken in the late 70s. Let's see how many people can be recognised.

Lloret Beach

Todays photos go back to the year 1984 - 85 - 89 with Tony's photos. With the first one showing the fairly packed beach in 1984. This summer Lloret beach has been packed with visitors to the town with hardly enough space to lay your beach towel if you arrive too late!
For some reason though the people who are here just now dont spend anything and all the local bars are having a really tough time. Where's all the old holidaymakers like yourselves who used to come to Lloret in the old days and spend money in the bars....they dont seem to exist anymore!

Tony's next picture with Derek was taken in 1989, and his last one is from the year 85' in the Highwayman.

More from Alan's selection of photos today, sorry about the poor quality of the 2nd one (I did manage to improve it slightly) but it would have been a shame not to publish it because of this!
As you can see it was taken in the old Rabbies, and the 2nd one showing lots of smiling faces outside the Londoner!
