As there has been quite a bit of talk recently on the message board about the Topo 'T' Tops Disco I remembered that I still had one of the old propaganda stickers. What I don't understand is, it shows Diana Ross....Why ??
Surely people didn't go expecting to see her?

Back in the 70's a lot of the prop boys and prop teams were on commission and to sometimes be economical with the truth was considered normal- I'm sure the Topo's boys had no problem telling punters that Diana Ross was going to make an appearance. When I used to work for La Cala we used to tell people that there was a bullfight on the roof. Sometimes they believed us! Malc C.
